GyIK Foundation of the Fine Arts | Workshop for Children and Young People

Location
Budapest

Our programmes educating children and young people about spatial thinking and the built environment are aimed at drawing their attention to their environment to discover and understand it as well as at learning the language of architecture on the level appropriate to their age groups. Our works are not merely architectural mock-ups but analog and digital experiments in sculpture, painting and landscape architecture. Our goal is to teach children and young people to see and approach architecture not as a separate discipline but to see it together with its bordering disciplines, in its contexts and interrelations, i.e. to show them that architecture is an integral part of our everyday lives.
