Prezi’s work method is a direct consequence of the speed, globality and innovation characteristic of the IT sector as well as of the fact that the company’s success is primarily driven by the implementation of ideas and the emphasis on the creative flow. In this project, therefore, the architects developed an alternative strategy for a workplace that would facilitate the interaction between the employees and support the dynamic cooperation between the different teams. As the company expanded, this strategy was refned in several stages, through the planning of newer and newer office spaces. The flexibility of the work environment is ensured by the open office layout of the primary workplaces, which are organised based on the teams, and the space can be rearranged to cater to the changing needs. Easily accessible meeting rooms are available for the project team meetings and the employees who are in constant interaction. The communal spaces simultaneously serve the functions of work and relaxation.
