Town Hall

The town hall, as an institution, is an intellectual community that serves as an important hub of a living town. For this reason, the aim was to create a building that has good connections with the public space around it, and an internal functional layout that is also easily navigable. A basic premise was that there should be an urban space connected to the street, and a garden leading to the interior of the block. The two elements are connected to each other both directly and via the building, so that the location effectively comprises a dynamic alternation of buildings and open spaces.
