RepTár Interactive Aviation Museum

On a site by the River Tisza in Szolnok, the former railway station, its long-disused main building and related structures, now house a unique museum devoted to military aviation history. Besides conserving the architectural heritage of the existing railway buildings, the project has also helped to rehabilitate a whole district of the town. The generous proportions and longitudinal layout of the old terminus building, warehouse and water station, together with the reception building, provide a worthy home for the exhibition hall of the new facility and the open-air military technology park.
