‘Basin’ restaurant and vegetable garden

The objective of the degree project is to start a food revolution in metropolises, the primary element of which is teaching people to live a better planned and more rational lifestyle. The ‘Basin’ restaurant uses seasonal produce from small local farms and its own vegetable garden, while the waste is broken down in a composting system shared with the local inhabitants of the area, thus creating a closed chain in the food circuit.
