In 2019, some of the organizational units of the Prime Minister's Office, the Government and Cabinet Offices of the Prime Minister moved to the extended building complex. The reconstruction of the monument ensemble with a fxed ground plan had to be completed in such a way that regulations of monument protection would be observed while the ofcial functions and the requirements of state protocol would also be satisfed. The restored church space with its commanding dimensions provides an excellent venue for protocollar and cultural events. The empty section of plot adjacent to the monastery became the site of a new office building carrying out administrative functions. The main attraction of its interior is the sculptural stairway, its external appearance is characterised by a timeless architecture and paving well suited to the overall character of the Buda Castle area.
