The closed, perimetric development method typical of this neighbourhood was altered and given a human face by a pedestrian passageway running through the block that connects the courtyards and ensures pedestrian access to the offices. The mass of the seven-storey building is broken up at several places by retracted roof gardens. A characteristic element on the Váci Street front is a row of glass lamellae on the facade: while it is a relief-like, spatial addition to the design, it also creates the visual effect of static dynamism thanks to the reflections and play of evening lights. Green thinking was a priority throughout the planning process.
